Community Wellness Outpatient Mental Health Center (CWOMHC) is a person-centered behavioral health organization dedicated to improving the mental and emotional well-being of individuals and families across our community. We provide a full continuum of outpatient services—including therapy, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and care coordination—designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients in a compassionate and culturally responsive environment.

The Treatment Coordinator serves as a licensed behavioral health professional and the Team Lead for an assigned caseload of approximately 20 clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring that evaluation, treatment planning, support services, and discharge processes align with OMHC standards and regulatory requirements.
Your day is structured to balance direct clinical intervention with comprehensive care coordination. In the mornings, you will conduct 45-minute face-to-face sessions with four clients, providing direct clinical support, addressing barriers to engagement, and fostering treatment compliance. The afternoons are dedicated to the administrative and clinical oversight of your caseload, including treatment planning, documentation audits, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, and case managers.
As the Team Lead, you will not only manage your own clients but also provide day-to-day clinical direction, coaching, and feedback to other staff members delivering services to your caseload. You will ensure that all services match the Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) and that the team maintains high standards of documentation and compliance.
