About the Role

This position is dedicated to empowering students to reach their full potential across intellectual, emotional, physical, and social dimensions. As a core academic instructor, you will serve as a vital link in helping students develop the competencies and skills necessary to function successfully in society. Your mission is to create a learning environment that fosters growth while adhering to the district's commitment to educational excellence.

Day in the Life

Your work will center on designing and delivering engaging lessons that reflect the diverse learning styles of your students. You will collaborate closely with special education teachers to modify curricula for Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and work with colleagues to align instructional goals with district requirements. Beyond the classroom, you will guide students in refining their study habits, manage extracurricular activities, and maintain open, professional communication with parents, administrators, and the community. You will also serve as a positive role model, upholding the school district's mission and ensuring a safe, conducive environment for all learners.
