About the Role
We are recruiting for Representative Payee Reviewers to join our team in support of the SSA Rep Payee Program. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity of funds for Social Security beneficiaries. You will work extremely independently to conduct site reviews of organizations and individuals serving as representative payees.
Your day will involve extensive travel throughout the State of Texas, often to remote rural locations, to visit worksites and housing facilities. You will conduct interviews with representative payees and beneficiaries, review financial records, and assess for potential violations or mismanagement of funds. Beyond identifying issues, you will develop corrective action plans to assist payees in meeting requirements set by the Social Security Administration Commissioner.
This position is based out of one of our offices in Houston, Austin, or San Antonio. Please note that remote work is not available during the probationary period. Additionally, extensive travel is required for all positions, including travel to the Rio Grande Valley and El Paso for the Houston-based role.

Requirements

Nice to Have
