In this position, you will utilize effective, research-based assessment strategies to collect and analyze student data, allowing you to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning styles. You will be expected to practice culturally-responsive pedagogy, develop positive relationships with the school community aligned with LPS values, and communicate clearly and timely with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to enhance learning opportunities. The role also involves contributing to the cultivation of strong professional learning communities and participating in site and network professional development.
