The Role
The Slitter Operator is a vital part of our manufacturing team, setting up and operating manual and automatic slitters alongside associated packing lines. This role exists to ensure consistent quality of slit products while fulfilling shop floor work orders efficiently.
You will be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking environment where curiosity and creativity are encouraged. In this position, you will troubleshoot equipment, maintain production records, and participate in continuous improvement activities designed to lower costs and enhance quality. It is a hands-on role where your contributions directly impact our ability to deliver top-quality, reliable solutions to our customers.
