The SkillBridge initiative, hosted at skillbridge.osd.mil, offers a unique 6-month (24-week) opportunity for transitioning service members to gain professional experience in the civilian workforce. This specific track is designed for the Digital Advertising Recruitment Associate Specialist role, providing a structured pathway to master recruitment marketing within a leading organization.
As a trainee with the Maximus recruitment marketing team, you will serve as a vital partner in planning, executing, and optimizing digital recruitment campaigns. This role is designed to immerse you in the full lifecycle of talent acquisition marketing, from employer branding to data-driven campaign analysis.
Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with cross-functional partners to support employer branding initiatives, manage social media channels, and create compelling marketing content. You will gain hands-on experience with digital and social advertising platforms, assist in developing email nurture campaigns, and support the promotion of hiring events across various channels. Additionally, you will contribute to the candidate experience by auditing landing pages, managing digital ads, and analyzing performance metrics to suggest continuous improvements.
