The SkillBridge initiative, hosted at skillbridge.osd.mil, offers a unique 24-week (6-month) opportunity for transitioning service members to gain professional experience in the civilian workforce. This specific track places you within Maximus's recruitment marketing team, where you will serve as a Digital Advertising Recruitment Associate Specialist Trainee.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between military service and the civilian corporate world, assisting the team in planning, executing, and optimizing digital recruitment campaigns. You will support employer branding initiatives, manage social media, create graphics, audit landing pages, and handle digital ad management and reporting.
Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with recruiters and cross-functional partners to promote hiring events, develop email nurture campaigns, and ensure all content aligns with brand and compliance standards. As a brand ambassador, you will represent Maximus at virtual and on-site career fairs and on-campus recruiting events, helping to build a robust talent network.
