About the Program
The Segue Residential Transition Program assists individuals in transitioning out of state psychiatric hospitals. Our clients are clinically stable and ready to leave the hospital. The services we provide help them learn how to manage their illnesses and develop independent living skills.
About the Role
This position offers an opportunity to assist the program coordinator and director in overseeing services, staff, administration, and evaluation of the program. Your efforts will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide vital support to clients in recovery. You will participate in individual service planning, assess client health and resource management, and support the implementation of new and existing program services and quality improvement systems that evolve with the changing needs of clients.
Work Schedule
Tuesday - Saturday, 2pm - 10pm.
