The Head Coach for Men's & Women's Cross Country serves as the primary leader for the program, responsible for directing all coaching duties, from training and practices to recruiting, travel, and public relations. This role is designed for a leader ready to innovate and create a program that reflects the University's values and vision for student success.
The Head Coach will foster a culture of excellence, integrity, sportsmanship, and inclusion, supporting the holistic success of student-athletes in academics, athletics, and personal growth. The position requires a deep commitment to a philosophy that emphasizes the pursuit of excellence in both arenas. The coach will work closely with the Athletics Director, staff, and conference peers to ensure the program operates in full compliance with NCAA Division II rules, Pacific West Conference regulations, and University policies.
