About the Role

This position serves as a vital link within our administrative team, providing comprehensive and efficient support to the Firm Administrator and staff. You will ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative duties, focusing heavily on accuracy and the review of documentation.

As part of the Syracuse, NY office, you will collaborate with other Admin staff in a corporate environment to ensure the Admin Team works cohesively. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally while supporting cross-functional teams with administrative needs and project coordination. You will be responsible for formatting financial statements, preparing professional mailings and bindings, and managing internal communications and document organization.

Schedule and Work Environment

This is an in-office position with a hybrid schedule structure based on the season:

  • Summer Months: Part-time hours.
  • September to April 15: Full-time schedule required during the busy season.
  • Overtime: Occasional evening overtime may be required during the busy season.
  • Events: Occasional off-site event support as needed.

Requirements
