This position serves as a vital link within our administrative team, providing comprehensive and efficient support to the Firm Administrator and staff. You will ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative duties, focusing heavily on accuracy and the review of documentation.
As part of the Syracuse, NY office, you will collaborate with other Admin staff in a corporate environment to ensure the Admin Team works cohesively. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally while supporting cross-functional teams with administrative needs and project coordination. You will be responsible for formatting financial statements, preparing professional mailings and bindings, and managing internal communications and document organization.
