The General Clerk serves as a vital support pillar within the Tommy Nobis Center, operating under the supervision of the Nobis Enterprises Program Manager. This role is dedicated to ensuring the seamless flow of administrative and mailroom operations, providing the foundation that allows the broader office unit to function efficiently.
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing the daily rhythm of the mailroom, and maintaining the inventory of essential office supplies. From coordinating facility repairs to setting up equipment for video conferences and training sessions, your work ensures that the physical and logistical needs of the team are met with precision and care.
