About the Role
This position serves as a vital hub for the clinical encounter, combining essential clinical, technical, and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic. You will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of procedures, both within the clinic and off-site, acting as the first point of contact for patients and their families.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of tasks designed to facilitate patient care. You will greet patients, manage registration duties, and handle telephone triage while maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to EHR work-list management, chart preparation, and scheduling, including surgery coordination and pre-authorization processes. In this role, you will maintain positive relationships with patients, visitors, and fellow employees, ensuring a supportive environment even during fast-paced or stressful situations.
