About the Role
Our client, a leader in commercial real estate management, is seeking a Site Manager for the 3rd Shift to join their Facilities Operations Department. In this role, you will serve as the backbone of the engineering and maintenance teams, ensuring the facility remains safe, compliant, and operational during overnight hours.
You will be responsible for supervising the night shift team and coordinating with external vendors to maintain efficient operations. Your day will involve performing preventive and predictive maintenance on critical systems—including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing—while responding promptly to emergencies and alarms. Beyond technical execution, you will drive a proactive approach to facility management by identifying hazards, conducting inspections, and preparing detailed operational reports to support occupancy and safety standards.
