As a Head Start Site Director, you will serve clustered Y Head Start centers as well as sites located in Public Schools. You will supervise Head Start Teachers, Assistant Head Start Teachers, Resource Aides, Food Service Personnel, Drivers, and Substitute teachers. Your role is primarily responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with OCC/Child Care Licensing and Head Start Program Performance Standards. You will collaborate with other Y team members to ensure high-quality, integrated comprehensive services are implemented consistently.

This policy emphasizes treating youth with respect and fairness, avoiding inappropriate interactions, and adhering to established standards of affection. It strictly prohibits any form of abuse, bullying, or harassment and mandates the reporting of suspected mistreatment. Associates and volunteers must complete training on child abuse prevention and comply with legal reporting requirements to safeguard youth.

A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in an early learning center. Knowledge of OCC regulations and HSPPS. Experience in management of multi-center locations. Familiarity with ECERS and ITERS. Knowledge of Computer Applications.
