We are seeking a Houston Bilingual Behavioral Health Case Manager to serve as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). In this role, you will collaborate closely with the clinical team to develop tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs identified by the family and child, incorporating collateral information as necessary. Your work will focus on providing case management assistance that directly benefits the overall wellbeing of the families you serve.
This is a hybrid position designed to balance community engagement with flexibility. You will provide 40% of your case management services in the community and the remaining 60% via telehealth.
Candidates must currently reside in the Houston Metropolitan Area, including Spring, Cypress, Kingwood, The Woodlands, Humble, Sugarland, Missouri City, Stafford, Pasadena, League City, and surrounding areas.
