Located in the charming city of Salem, Oregon, The Recovery Village Salem Drug and Alcohol Rehab is an accredited adult rehab facility. Led by a team of compassionate and dedicated professionals, we are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care to our community.
About the Role
The Site CEO serves as the primary decision-maker and leader for the Salem facility, taking complete responsibility for all operations, departments, and functions. This role is critical to ensuring the facility's financial stability, adhering to strict regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional products and services to patients and their families.
As the Site CEO, you will manage all financial aspects, including expense approvals and payroll, while receiving robust support from corporate functions such as HR, IT, Finance, and Marketing. You will report directly to the SVP of Operations or the Regional Director of Operations, acting as the face of the organization to ensure a welcoming culture focused on client needs and successful state and Joint Commission audits.
