About the Role
We are seeking a highly qualified A320 Type-Rated Simulator Instructor to join our Part 121 airline training team in Miami, FL. This role is critical to our mission of maintaining the highest standards of aviation safety and operational excellence. As a key member of our training division, you will serve as the primary instructor for pilots, delivering exceptional simulator-based training that ensures strict compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.
In this position, you will not only conduct training sessions for initial, recurrent, and upgrade phases but also act as a mentor to pilots, providing constructive feedback to enhance their performance and safety. You will collaborate closely with the Manager of Training to continuously improve our training programs and procedures, ensuring they remain aligned with evolving FAA Part 121 requirements and internal policies.
