About the Role

As a Crew Lead Tree Climber, you will be a key member of our General Tree Care Team, working alongside some of the best-trained and equipped crews in the industry. This role is designed for those who demonstrate leadership qualities and wish to guide a team while performing high-quality tree care services. You will apply your expertise in climbing, pruning, and safety to ensure the health and beauty of our clients' landscapes.

In this position, you will take ownership of your role, contributing to a positive, safety-focused team culture. You will perform a variety of tasks including pruning, removals, and cabling, ensuring proper pruning cuts and techniques that preserve the health and structure of trees. Your day will involve climbing trees safely using proper techniques, ropes, saddles, and ladders, as well as operating chainsaws, aerial lifts, and other essential equipment. You will identify hazards, perform safety checks, and be prepared to perform aerial rescues if necessary, ensuring safety in high-risk situations at all times.
