About the Role
As a Crew Lead Tree Climber, you will be a key member of our General Tree Care Team, guiding a group of trained professionals in delivering high-quality tree care services. This role combines technical expertise in climbing, pruning, and safety with the leadership responsibilities of managing a crew. You will oversee tasks such as pruning, removals, and cabling, ensuring the health and beauty of our clients' landscapes while maintaining the highest safety standards.
In this position, you will apply your expertise to operate chainsaws, aerial lifts, and climbing gear effectively. You will be responsible for identifying hazards, performing safety checks, and executing aerial rescues if necessary. Beyond technical execution, you will foster a positive, safety-focused team culture and maintain strong communication with both team members and clients.
