The Spirit of the Position

The Shuttle Driver role is the heartbeat of our passenger experience. You will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and effective transportation of passengers and employees to and from the airport terminal and employee parking. Beyond driving, your mission is to ensure that every activity supports the safety and welfare of all passengers. You will serve as the first point of contact, greeting travelers with a caring attitude, assisting with baggage, and providing local area information to create a welcoming environment.

Day in the Life

Your day involves operating a shuttle with precision and care, ensuring all pre- and post-inspections are completed to maintain the highest safety standards. You will interact with passengers, assisting them with boarding and exiting, including the operation of specialized equipment for those with special needs. Communication is key; you will use two-way radios to coordinate with dispatch and supervisors while keeping the vehicle secure and alert to any activity. From maintaining a neat appearance and performing routine cleaning to handling funds and reporting incidents, you will uphold the professional standards that define the LAZ brand.
