The STD Claims Examiner is a vital contributor to the overall success of OneAmerica objectives. In this role, you will provide timely and accurate support to client companies and the Claims department. You will manage the adjudication of short-term disability claims in accordance with policy provisions, initiating and facilitating case management to assure optimum outcomes for all parties involved.
We are currently seeking candidates with Level I & II Representative experience. This position offers the opportunity to work within a team dedicated to resolving complex claim issues and supporting the transition from short-term to long-term disability care.
This selected candidate will be expected to work a hybrid schedule in Portland, ME, or Indianapolis, IN. The role requires a physical return to the office in CA, IN, or ME as business needs dictate, specifically for team-building and collaboration.
