As a Shift Supervisor at our Charlotte, NC location, you will serve as a vital leader on the front lines, ensuring the store delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on greater responsibility. You will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will step up to direct the activities of the entire team, maintaining a culture of excellence and compliance.
