About the Role
The Shift Supervisor serves as a key leader who teaches, coaches, and provides direction to store crew members. You will be responsible for overseeing shift operations across the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. Your focus will be on maximizing store sales through exceptional customer satisfaction and food quality while actively monitoring inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness. Additionally, you will share responsibility for ensuring that all Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
