As a Shift Supervisor at our New York City location, you will serve as a vital leader on the front lines, ensuring our store delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and is passionate about building lasting relationships with our community.
In this position, you will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day operations. You will be the go-to leader for the team, directing activities in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Your day will involve coaching team members on superior service and compliance, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. You will help foster a strong customer service culture, ensuring every interaction reflects our core values of Communication, Customer Focus, Integrity, Teamwork, and Results.
This position is based at our flagship location in New York City: 140 W 55th Street, New York City, NY 10019
