About the Role
The Shift Supervisor serves as a vital leader on the store floor, ensuring the location delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role is designed for a high-energy individual who thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about building strong relationships with customers. You will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, you will direct the activities of the entire team, maintaining a neat and clean environment and ensuring strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements
