As a Shift Supervisor, you will provide leadership to ensure your store delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role serves as a vital bridge between the Assistant Store Manager and the team, performing all duties of a Customer Service Representative while supervising daily operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will direct the activities of all team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for fostering a strong customer service culture, coaching team members on transaction protocols, and resolving customer complaints. Your day will involve maintaining a clean store environment, supporting community marketing efforts, and assisting with schedule management and cash audits.
