As a Shift Supervisor at our Los Angeles location, you will provide leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role is designed for a high-energy leader who thrives in a busy environment and is committed to building strong relationships with our customers. You will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Assistant Store Manager in day-to-day operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will direct the activities of all team members, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.
