About the Role
The Shift Supervisor serves as a vital leader on the floor, ensuring the store delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow into store management. You will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will take the lead in directing all team activities.
Your day will involve building strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty, establishing a culture of service excellence, and coaching team members to exceed expectations. You will be responsible for maintaining a neat and clean store environment, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This position requires high energy, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a professional demeanor that reflects our commitment to integrity.
