About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor at our Oklahoma City location, you will provide leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role is designed for a high-energy leader who thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about building strong relationships with customers.
You will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will direct the activities of all team members. Your day will involve coaching team members on superior service and compliance, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. You will also support community marketing efforts and help manage schedules, cash, and store audits.
