The Shift Supervisor serves as a vital leader within our store, ensuring outstanding customer service, the achievement of operating objectives, and strict adherence to company policies. This role is designed for a high-energy professional who thrives in a busy environment and is comfortable engaging with a diverse customer base. You will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will direct the activities of all team members, managing schedules, cash, and store audits.
This position is located at our Staten Island, NY store (954 Jewett Ave.). The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 lbs., and work in restrictive spaces. You will maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels, managing multiple tasks and frequent interruptions to meet customer needs. Flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, are required.
