About the Role
The Shift Manager is the heartbeat of our restaurant operations, responsible for keeping day-to-day activities running smoothly. This role is a blend of leadership and hands-on execution; you will lead your team to success while rolling up your sleeves to join in whenever needed. Whether you are working full-time or part-time, you will guide crew members and other managers to deliver exceptional customer service during your shift.
Your day involves planning for the upcoming shift, monitoring performance in real-time, and taking immediate action to ensure the team meets restaurant standards. You will oversee safety, security, and profitability targets while communicating effectively with the next Shift Manager to ensure a seamless handover. As a key leader, you will be responsible for food quality and safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, and the training and scheduling of team members.
