As a Bartender at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort, you are more than a beverage enthusiast—you are the host of the space. Your role extends beyond the bar itself to take ownership of guest service broadly, anticipating and delivering on guests' evolving needs.
You will use your knowledge and expertise to ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly while building relationships across the hotel and in the community. Success in this role requires a passion for the guest service experience paired with a keen eye for detail, from managing transactions to providing accurate information and crafting high-quality drinks.
