About the Role
Located at The Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain in Marana, Arizona, this Part Time, Non-Management position is dedicated to fostering a fun and relaxing atmosphere for our guests. You will instruct group fitness classes at all ability levels, including aerobics, spinning, and strength training.
Beyond leading classes, you will provide personalized fitness counseling and advice on the correct use of equipment. Your day involves assessing individual fitness levels to develop tailored exercise programs while ensuring the safety of all guests. You will observe the recreational facility, respond appropriately to emergencies, and assist injured guests until medical services arrive. Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the recreational area and equipment is also a key part of your responsibilities.
As a Ritz-Carlton team member, you will welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs. You will support your team to reach common goals, maintain positive working relationships, and uphold the confidentiality of proprietary information. Your role is to ensure that the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day.
