As part of the Ribbon and Climbing Wall Operations team, you will help maintain a welcoming atmosphere that encourages exploration and fun for climbers of every level.

About the Role

As a Climbing Wall Attendant/Instructor, you will be the face of our climbing program, providing outstanding guest experiences while ensuring a safe environment. Your day will involve facilitating climbing activities, conducting orientations, and offering belay services to beginners, youth groups, and returning guests. You will educate participants on climbing techniques and safety protocols, while also assisting with route setting and equipment maintenance. Beyond the wall, you will serve as a brand ambassador, promoting park amenities and fostering an inclusive community for all visitors.
