The Food Service Manager at Chillicothe Correctional Center oversees daily food production in a secure correctional facility. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant meal service for the incarcerated population by managing large-scale kitchen operations. You will supervise staff and incarcerated workers, maintain strict food safety and security standards, and control inventory and costs. The position requires ensuring menus meet nutritional requirements and that all food service activities adhere to facility, state, and federal regulations.

You will partner with the Food Service Director to lead the front of the house of the dining operation, planning and coordinating food service activities to deliver a finished product to the customer.
