About the Role

Your role at The Ritz-Carlton Maui Kapalua is to ensure that the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day. In this position, you will be responsible for responding to and attending to guest repair requests, communicating with guests to resolve maintenance issues, and performing preventative maintenance on tools and equipment. You will visually inspect tools and machines, carry equipment, and identify and operate shut-off valves. Additionally, you will maintain maintenance inventory, requisition parts and supplies as needed, and record information for unfinished calls prior to shift changes.

Beyond technical duties, you will welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. You will ensure adherence to quality expectations, develop positive working relationships with others, and support the team to reach common goals. You will also follow all company and safety and security policies, report hazards or accidents, and maintain a clean and professional appearance.
