About the Role
The Shift Manager serves as a vital operational partner to the Operations Manager, ensuring the smooth flow of traffic and delivery of high-quality customer service at complex parking facilities. Whether the site is manned, unmanned, automated, or manual, this role is responsible for independently executing day-to-day instructions to maintain facility standards.
You will act as the face of the company, managing cashier and attendant duties, processing transactions, and resolving customer issues with a professional and friendly demeanor. The position requires a keen eye for detail to maintain booth order, verify cash banks, and accurately record daily shift paperwork, including vehicle counts and exception transactions.
Working Conditions
This is a weekend-only position, scheduled from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Depending on the specific garage location, the role may be driving or non-driving; driving locations require a valid driver's license and the ability to safely operate standard or automatic transmission vehicles.
