The Shift Manager serves as a vital operational partner to the Operations Manager, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of traffic within complex parking facilities. Whether the site is manned, unmanned, automated, or manual, this role is dedicated to upholding the company's high standards of customer service while managing day-to-day facility operations independently.
In this position, you will act as the face of the company for every parker transaction. Your day involves directing the cashier and attendant duties, verifying cash banks, issuing tickets, and processing payments securely. You will be responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly environment, resolving customer issues with a professional demeanor, and ensuring strict compliance with safety and operating procedures. From handling exception transactions like lost tickets to completing detailed daily shift paperwork, you will ensure that every aspect of the facility runs according to company policy.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo an annual performance review process with their direct supervisor. This review is designed to discuss actual performance against company expectations and to establish agreed-upon job-related performance goals for the upcoming year.
