We are looking for a Client Service Associate (Teller) to provide top-notch customer service to our clients and customers at our Palmdale, CA branch. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProcess debit and credit transactions accurately while maintaining compliance with policies
- check_circleMaintain an acceptable balancing record for all cash transactions
- check_circleOpen new accounts, issue checks, and perform account maintenance for clients
- check_circleResolve client problems through direct action or by referring to appropriate resources
- check_circleIdentify and maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring client needs
- check_circlePerform money transfers, activate ATM cards, and receive loan payments
Requirements
