About the Role

As a Tag & Title Coordinator, you will serve as the lead and mentor for title clerks, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of the title process. You will be responsible for processing driver’s license and vehicle registration applications, assembling documents for submission to state administrations, and resolving any discrepancies or rejected applications.

Beyond administrative duties, you will act as a key advisor to customers, providing guidance on state-specific regulations regarding driver licenses and vehicle titling. You will also play a vital role in our sales mission by consistently up-selling and cross-selling AAA products, including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals. During peak call volumes, you will answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance, ensuring efficient service delivery, and serve as a backup for cashiering and IDEMIA services.

Location and Schedule

This full-time position is based at our Clifton Heights, PA location (5233 W. Baltimore Pike). The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, totaling a 37.5-hour work week. While Sundays are off, availability to work Saturdays is required.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this role must be able to successfully complete all required training workshops for Title Service Agents. Pennsylvania employees specifically must complete the On-Line Messenger (OLM) Certification within 90 days of system authorization, the Basic Agent Services Training within two weeks of hire, and the Advance Agent Services Training every two years. Successful completion of pre-employment and post-employment screenings, including criminal, drug, and state-specific checks, is mandatory.
