About the Opportunity

Certified Mobile Notary Service is expanding its network of certified loan signing agents across all 50 U.S. states. We provide a pathway for notaries to specialize in mortgage loan closings, including refinances and new home loan contracts, by offering a comprehensive certification program designed to meet the expectations of major signing agent partnerships.

About the Role

As a Notary Signing Agent, you will notarize mortgage loan documents and perform general notary work within your local area. This role is distinct from a standard notary public commission; it specifically prepares you for the nuances of loan document execution. The training is entirely self-paced, typically completed in under four hours, and boasts a 100% customer satisfaction rate. Upon completion, you will be equipped to accept loan signing orders from companies that require specific credentials and training before assignment.

Application Instructions

To join our network, applicants must be U.S. citizens, at least 18 years of age, and hold or be able to obtain a notary license. A clear background check is required. Please note that a home office setup with internet, a scanner, printer, and computer is necessary to perform the duties of this role.
