About the Role
The Branch Customer Service Representative serves as the face of our branch, greeting customers and providing peace of mind by servicing their needs. You will be challenged to drive new business with competitive products and help retain our 14+ million members. This role is designed to be the start of a long-term career, with opportunities to grow into other Branch positions, Call Centers, Automotive Services, Claims, or Underwriting.
As the face of our branch, you will promote ACG products and services, generate leads, and participate in office events to help generate revenue by improving member awareness. You will provide sales and support services, including greeting, servicing, and selling membership, travel products, and banking products. Your day will involve responding to customer inquiries, providing cashiering services, resolving complaints, and conducting outbound promotional calls.
