The Customer Service Representative serves as the critical first point of contact for client support, ensuring the highest standards of quality control in all interactions. This position is vital for upholding rigorous quality assurance protocols, guaranteeing that all communications and processes remain compliant with industry regulations and company standards.
In this role, you will establish and maintain relationships with clinical investigator sites, contract research organizations, pharmaceutical sponsors, and laboratories. You will act as the central hub for routing client inquiries, investigating issues, and directing them to the appropriate departments. Your day-to-day involves managing various queues within LabConnect's clinical trials management software, including double data entry, referee queues, and manual sample tracking logs, while ensuring critical documents are reviewed and errors are tracked through to resolution.
Please note: This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Cleveland, OH facility. The schedule operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
