About the Role

The Installation Manager serves as the operational backbone of the Installation department within a local field office. This role is designed to bridge the gap between customer expectations and field execution, ensuring that every project moves seamlessly from scheduling to completion. You will provide leadership and tactical direction for daily production activities, managing a network of third-party installers while fostering a culture of efficiency and quality.

In this position, you will be the face of our installation process for local customers and partners. Your day involves orchestrating complex schedules, resolving service issues proactively, and driving the development of both office staff and field contractors. You will work closely with Sales and Service Operations teams to ensure first-call resolution for customer concerns, while simultaneously recruiting and training new subcontractors to expand our capacity. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is ready to roll up their sleeves to solve problems in real-time.
