This position serves as a vital bridge between customers and our financial services, operating within high-traffic retail environments such as open sales floors or supermarket customer service booths. In this capacity, you will manage significant cash transactions while providing expert advice on money exchange rates, fees, and loan product benefits. The role involves a dynamic mix of in-person interactions and telephone communication, requiring you to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions. Whether through inbound inquiries, outbound marketing drives, or cross-selling initiatives, you will actively solicit new business and support the growth of our loan services.

Working Environment

You will be working in a bustling retail setting that demands adaptability and energy. The schedule involves rotating shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, to support retail sales and service hours of operation. While the role requires the ability to sit and use a telephone or personal computer for extended periods, it is primarily an active, customer-facing position. Overtime eligibility is available for nonexempt employees as business needs dictate.

Selection Process

Due to the fiduciary accountabilities inherent in this position, the selection process includes a valid credit check, social security verification, and a criminal background check. Candidates must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish to effectively serve our diverse customer base and handle confidential financial records with the utmost integrity.
