About the Role
Reporting directly to the Sportsbook Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our guests. Your mission is to ensure that both regular patrons and "novice bettors" feel welcome and valued. As an expert in our menu of sports betting options, you will guide customers through their choices, helping them make informed and responsible wagering decisions.
This role is designed for those who enjoy striking up conversations and providing top-tier service that encourages repeat visits. You will work collaboratively with a positive team to resolve disputes, maintain compliance with company and gaming control board standards, and uphold the professional atmosphere of our sportsbook.

Hiring Process
Candidates must be 21 years or older and possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
