As a Patient Care Specialist, you will be the vital link between our pharmacy operations and the patients we serve. In this role, you will manage day-to-day customer service activities, handling inbound and outbound calls to support assigned clients. Your day will involve conducting prescription refill reminders, facilitating patient-to-pharmacist consultations, and assisting with patient enrollment and specific needs.
You will utilize your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with providers, patients, and other stakeholders, ensuring that language barriers do not hinder access to care. Working closely with the Customer Care Center Manager and pharmacy operations team, you will help improve the customer experience and ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of patient requests.
Candidates must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test, background check, and health screening (if applicable) as allowed by state, federal, local ordinance, statutes, and licensing/accreditation requirements.
