About the Role
The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the vital first point of contact for our patients. This role is central to front office operations, ensuring a seamless experience from the moment a patient arrives. You will play a key role in managing patient intake, verifying insurance eligibility, and maintaining accurate financial and demographic records.
In this position, you will be the face of our clinic, greeting patients with professionalism and warmth while handling complex administrative tasks. Your day will involve verifying benefits, collecting co-pays, explaining coverage details, and managing appointment schedules. You will also assist with sliding fee scale documentation and ensure strict compliance with HIPAA standards.
