We are seeking a Bilingual Health Educator to serve as a vital link on our educational support line. In this role, you will answer incoming calls during varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. Your work will require you to listen actively to callers, follow established scripts and resource documents, and maintain a deep understanding of disease knowledge and patient privacy laws.
You will be expected to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and other departments to address call issues and share insights. The role demands the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment, anticipate hurdles, and adapt quickly to drive the success of the company. Additionally, you may be asked to perform duties consistent with business needs and travel up to 10% as required.
Candidates will be evaluated on their problem-solving skills, professionalism, compassion, communication, organization, attention to detail, and resourcefulness. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired, though the role is open to those who can demonstrate strong transferable skills.
