Humana is a leading U.S. healthcare company dedicated to making it easier for millions of people to achieve their best health. Through our insurance services and CenterWell healthcare services, we deliver the care and support our members need when they need it. Our Consumer Contacts team serves as the vital human connection for our members, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and heard throughout their healthcare journey.
As a Dental Inbound Contacts Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members and providers. Working remotely, you will report to the Inbound Contacts Supervisor and play a critical role in solving problems, reducing frustration, and building trust. Every interaction is an opportunity to resolve concerns, answer benefit questions, and guide members through their next steps. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering a high-quality customer experience and enjoys helping others navigate the complexities of healthcare.
As part of our hiring process, we utilize HireVue, an interviewing technology that allows us to connect and assess your relevant skills and experience at a time that suits your schedule. This tool helps us gain valuable insights into your background before moving forward in the selection process.
